Hearing Voices

Does anybody else hear voices? I feel like nobody around me understands. Paul (the main voice) is so annoying!

tell Paul to go away angrily and never come back as you are in control. hope that doesn`t sound bad not intended to be but heard that sort of response before from others.

worth a try just keep repeating a phrase that tells the voices you are in control.
