Hearing voices

I been having bad voices for last six months and this week has been really bad so I was in hospital because I was really suicidal yesterday

Got home last night and haven't been to early but now I have gone back to bad the voices are bad I am really struggling

Can any one help me to keep my mind of it

I'm sorry you are still hearing voices.

What happens when you try to ignore the voices? Does listening to music help?

Any thing I try to like listening to music it it seems get louder I can usually handle its last few days its just really bad at the moment

Inside my head I here mans voice saying hurt my self not trust anyone

No I don't know its man's voice telling me not trust anyone and hurt myself

I wonder if it is significant that it is a mans voice and not a womans? Or does it make a difference. x

Hi Lynsey if you are hearing voices you need to see your Dr; as you may need to up your Meds; Are you on an antipsychotic? Please get help as Meds help a lot with this: it’s terrible to be suffering so much; so I would visit your Doctor immediately; in case you get worse and come to any harm:

There is no need to put up with voices, as there is help,

Hi I getting no medication already saw my doctor and mental health health team they haven't give anything yet and they know how bad I was still struggling alot

Yes I am in UK seeing my doctor again next week so going ask tell her that really bad

Had really bad night last night I don't think I can take to much of this again

Try mediation - mindful mediation Try planning what you are going to think about - something nice like tourist place, holiday and relaxing - anything that relaxes you

Have you tried meditating I did some meditation and it helped me hope you find something soon that helps you
