I want to get some counselling help for my son . He has high anxiety and worry’s about his future and uncertainty . He is 25y now .

He also has ADHD . It worries me too much as well . He needs to calm down and relax and not worry so much then he would do much better . He has a very small amount of respirodine medication which helps him sleep well.

I think therapy helps but depends on your son and if he is comfortable with talking or sharing his worries and anxiety. It would be start and hopefully he will agree to more sessions if first one goes well. It all depends on therapist perhaps have word and feel out therapist before he takes plunge
