BLUNT SEEMS TO WORK

I asked for it and it's painful, but it works hard and fast. I have made some decisions but I'm still in limbo and will be for awhile. I called a lawyer and a realtor. Our house is sold and we have purchased a small modest condo, which won't be ready for 6 months. This gives me some time and money is tied up so I can take my time making decisions. I rushed my husband through this so fast he is dumbstruck and is now taking me quite seriously. In fact I'm taking myself quite seriously. I am beginning to feel like I can handle things. Thank you to everyone for your great advice and for being blunt . Being forced to confront your own responsibility in a situation is a real eye opener. If I start to waver I will be asking for more bluntness . Love to every one of you. Pam

Hi David, I hope you are doing well. I am living in that space between absolute euphoria and sheer terror. Trying to dance as fast as I can. Pam

Well done you!! I have decided I am going to live also by my own rules and there is only one rule and that is:

"Girl, if you don't like something..............Change it!!"

I,ve made loads of changes in the last couple of months and feel really great for it!!

Good luck to you Pam (my own name is Theresa by the way!!.. :-) )

Hope you keep posting and we can keep chatting!!

Pam, I haven't been on here in a long while, but when I was you were absolutely wonderful to me & everyone. It helped get me through a very dark time. I have been in your situation a number of times (can I pick 'em, or what?) I have struggled financially, physically, and emotionally, but I must say, even though the price is high, freedom is well worth it!! I'm glad to see you've mad a move. Now keep making whatever changes are necessary for YOU!! You deserve to be treated graciously & lovingly. Perhaps he deserves to be alone. Find your happiness & don't let anyone tarnish it. Live ya!
