Believe in yourself

Believe in yourself because you need to be your own biggest supporter. Believe in yourself and your ability to heal and get better. Your illness does not have to define you and it's not always your fault if you are a certain way. Sometimes situations, circumstances and other people can influence and impact you greatly. The more you work on yourself and build a stronger mind and body and a good routine even, the more you will be un-bothered about what other people say (well I don't know, perhaps I'm not entirely correct there, as often times situations cab impact us greatly, but how we respond in those times is also important) not every battle is worth fighting.... remember that.
