Great post, I may sound like complete control freak. 😂🤣 when I am far from it. I am quirky and weird. My life has been a big learning curve and the experiences I have had, several people said blog whilst 2 others said write a book. So, I’m doing that.

I’ve been blessed that I have worked in developing countries. Lots of people here do not understand my attitude. Then I say my mate travels 80 miles a day to get to work on a donkey. I am also still very in touch with inner child and even though I’m 50, I’ll play on the swings when no-one is looking. If I get caught then so, what. I don’t need a huge amount of money to have fun.

I have to be extremely careful with my diet but that’s an illness. I did not ask for it. I do like to be kind to people, I’ll smile at strangers , let others go before me and ask shop assistants how they are. I have been known to say thank you to lifts !! Am I kind to myself, of course. I believe it starts with self, then you can give to others. I believe everyone should use these words with sincerity often:- please, THANK YOU, sorry and I love you. It’s not necessarily romantic or to family.

I’ll see a dog with its owner, my eyes widen, the owner knows I like their dog but what I am actually saying in my mind is, ‘yay, I love you.’

If I have a setback, I’ll have a wobble, allow a reaction whether it is a rant, a cry or a sulk, then get over it and try and remember the important lesson from the experience.
