depresson
sorry to hear that about your dearest nan maybe bereavement care and share forum here could be of added support to you.
Hi,
I'm really sorry to hear of your loss. Its never easy to try and move on from someone you were so close to or miss. What makes you feel depressed? Do you still feel the same as back in 2017?
My mum passed away in 2007. I can relate to you that it must have have felt like the grey clouds were weighing heavy on you. Bereavement and mourning the loss is a very important step we all have to take that helps with letting out feelings and emotions with the hope that it helps you move on. understandably you will never forget your loved ones but I try to hold onto the more fonder memories that help me smile more but now and then i do feel a tear in my eyes. Depression eventually weighed in on me but i feel it was more to do with not finding my way around in life, something that my mum would have helped but i felt lost and not dealt with my emotions of losing my mum.
Sorry about your Nan,it is always difficult when someone we love dies and leaves us unable to come to terms or with the loss. It takes a while to move on although we will always remember the person hopefully with many happy memories,
Now at seventy two I have lost many people and now I have only one person , MyWife who is there for me and I for Her. and we both need to get on with our lives, we have memories of past friends and families, yes it is bitter.sweet
Do you have family you can talk to and move on ?
