How do I keep from letting other people effect my mood?

How do I keep from letting others affect my mood and thoughts? When someone's selfishness or greedyness effect's me so much that I can't stand to be around people especially my own family...how do I stop letting others ruin my good mood?

You just need to stop wasting your time on those who don't deserve your time ! At the end of the day its there loss do not waste your time and not let there negativity affect you ! I wish you all the best david

Thank you David. You are definitely right about that. It's just hard. I try really hard to not let it affect me but deep down im soft hearted and little things hurt me easily. So I end up trying to fight away the bad mood where I just want to give up

By accepting that this is how other people are and you cannot control how other people are and what they do.all you can do is try not to react to these things.
