Losing Battles

This won't be a long post like most of mine are as I feel like the title says it all. So much negativity and drama around me while unmedicated that the monster I have carried with me through years and years of struggles is awake and now affecting me enough that I am scared I am going to need a seriously lengthy stay somewhere before I lose all control. I am taking this time to let everyone know as well as thank everyone that have commented and helped me since I found this site.

I know it is easy to say but take some me time or break away from everyone when you feel like you are about to lose control. I hope you find something and keep looking and you will find something appropriate or pay with friend somewhere. Keep going and you will achieve!

Have you tried meditation? There are a lot of guided meditations on youtube. Hope this will help.
