Hello 👋 and welcome . Yes covid had had a massive impact on so many lives, especially peoples mental health. We are all in it together and we will get through this . You can have a amazing live and still have anxiety and depression . This is perfectly normal . Just remember it's your depression telling you to feel guilty about how you are feeling . Feel free to post on this forum as much as you like , it's a very friendly and understanding place .
