It’s a good question I’m wondering also would like to know about any options available??
If you are in England then Mind do Zoom support groups and some counties have CIC peer support groups.

It’s josie-Anne. There are online therapist if you type in google, deep breathing exercises do help to, download the calm app it’s free and has everything you need on it, hope this helps 🙏❤️🌈
