Can anyone let me know what to expect with Community mental health team and Community psychiatric nurse first visit? Please

Hi, I know that the first CPN visits is like a chat and about 1 hour but I really need to know any more details.

Also if anyone has any experience with CMHT or CPN please let me know, I'm really stressed about it.

I felt ok with all the team that visited.Don't worry. We are lucky to have them and you can talk about what helps you and what upsets you.

Just one thing I never told them everything cos everything gets written down.

Play it by ear. You will be ok.
