hi this is my first post and i’m having a panic attack:)

i have a very severe phobia of v*mit, and i’m feeling a bit nauseous tonight so i’m freaking out and have nobody to talk to. i’ve felt bad all day and been panicking and crying but right now i’m just feeling really scared aha

That's no good ihateithere03. Only thing I can think of is keeping your mind busy by doing something you enjoy. Obviously you cant do much if you're feeling ill, what about watching a fav movie or episodes. Hope you feel better

It is important for you to know the reasons for your sickness. So it may be a good idea to see your Doctor. When you are feeling or being sick is there any reason for this
