i want my smile back.

hi everyone, this is my first ever post here and i do not know why being here is making me cry. It has gotten so bad that i found myself googling online places to talk to people. I have had anxiety and depression as long as i can remember, and it has gotten worse as i battle with an eating disorder, surviving sexual assault and now missing out on my first year of college. I feel like i am missing out on loving life. my boyfriend is at his college campus and seems to always be out having fun, and i feel bad that that makes me sad because it is the opposite of my current life. my depression and anxiety is deeper then those things, but i am unsure of what i can do to alleviate it. i want my smile to light up a room again, i want to find joy.

Find Someone To Talk To! Speak to someone I had a full on breakdown in 2000'ish no social media or friends (ex military) to just get things off my chest with so I wrote stuff down not to read/keep it literally got stuff out so no overthinking/dwelling on my mind? The only other advice I can give is Call of Duty mobile my go-to game for insomnia/overthinking? I've got my fingers crossed and bizarrely even half empty myself I still am half full for the rest of the world? So I'm smiling and thinking good thoughts for you! Take care, night/morning love fm pully 😉

Good morning and welcome 🌼 That feeling can be overwhelming I tell my brain to STOP ✋ and try to re focus on one thing good. At one point all I could do was make friends with the telly - sad but true- when im feeling overwhelmed I return to photos of happier times and feel those times in my heart and imagination. You will get through this x

Read E-squared and E-cubed by Pam Grout. I recommend all of her books. A psychologist recommended them to my son. He didn't read them but I did. It was life-changing and read her books over and over. Also on Bryon Katie whom you can watch on Youtube. She has many books and on her website, she has resources that are free! Advice from me, stay in the moment that you are in. It's really the only moment that we have. The rest is just stuff we make up.
