I’m writing here to spread the positive message and hope. I can’t believe myself where I stand right now, how my life has changed over these past few years! From a sever mania episodes with psychosis and hallucinations to a very ordinary and balanced every-day life. It took time and lots of energy to get here but here I am! I couldn’t believe back then, all these good folks who were helping me out by saying ‘everything will be just fine, nothing last forever’. But they were right. It takes time! What helped me the most, and still helps a lot is the power of Art! I started my journey with it just to calm me down, from long hectics days, cry and anxiety and now it has become my remedy (a part from the medications I’m still on), my joy, my daily life!
Just want to say! You’re precious! You’re going to be better! There’s always the sun! Keep going! Never stop.

Ah wild-strawberry what a transformation 👏👏👏 well done I’m so pleased for you, I was never good at art at school but what I might do is the painting by numbers, I used to love colouring in and used to do it when the grandkids were little, my niece has sever mania episodes with psychosis and hallucinations, but she makes her own things with clay then paints them it keeps her calm too, as the monty python group say ‘always look on the bright side of life’ 😊
Great to hear that someone on the other end is managing this illness with the power of art. It’s magical. I’m glad for your niece! And I love Monty Python.
