It always takes time to allow medications time to work, be patient and hopefully given time you will start to feel betterHas your doctor put your mind at rest regards the sensations you feel, If your mind is at rest getting better by addressing you problems will help you move on

You are not alone

Thanks for your reply , the GP said it’s due to anxiety . I am tackling mindfulness just learning however , I am not sure what’s triggering the anxiety . I have read that sertraline can increase your anxiety initially , I shall try to persevere and give it more time to hopefully allow it to work . Thanks for your support

Be patient with your medications, If you keep changing medication it may take longer to get something to work well. I have been on my medications now for over thirty years and I have no problems. Stick with it
