intrusive thoughts and losing happiness in life

hello all. been having a rough 3 weeks. i have been having severe intrusive thoughts causing me distress. they arise suddenly out of nowhere and i get mentally paralysed.i have been coping mainly by watching calming content on the internet and by doing some minimal exercise. i am losing the joys of life, totally lost...

Just to observe these thoughts and replace with your own positive and powerful successful thoughts and gently observing your breathing - try deeper breathing without force if feel like it until you are in control. Sometimes we have to force ourselves to accomplish goals but it is worth it.

i understand how you feel, im the same. i really hope it gets better for you. keep holding on, life can be so deprresing but maybe one day it will be a bit better.
