Hello

Floaters can be cause by the tears if they are more concentrated, this can cause floaters. You can purchase general eye drops that moisten and clear the eye. These drops are purchased from Supermarket or Chemist. If the floaters do not clear consider having your eyes checked especially if your eyes have not been checked for more than one year.

Remember floaters can be caused by dry eyes and and this can be treated

I had straight up vertigo!

So I could imagine stars could happen!

Maybe a blood pressure check also?

You are not alone. I have had a total "body system" reactions to the stress of covid.

Tiresome but now that I know whats happening I know how to control it better.
