I’m new on here but am also part of endometriosis group.
I’m 32 and have emotionally unstable boarderline personality disorder with anger management..
I have had mental health since I was about 13, but am really struggling with the lockdown, I live my fiancé we’ve been together for 16 years but this past month has been really hard, I’m a very social person and like going out a lot to the cinema, local pub and bingo but not able to.
I have now been just diagnosed with endometriosis so getting help on the health unlocked page with that , but everything seems to come all at once.
If it’s not one thing it’s something else.
Any help greatly appreciated
Most weeks I’m having a breakdown at home and I can get quite violent, I live in a very tiny flat

Hi hun, so sorry to hear your plight, it must be so difficult when your more of a social butterfly and feel imprisoned because of this lockdown.
Have you tried CBT for your anger issues, it's not a cure but certainly helps getting things more in control little by little. There are some good breathing techniques on YouTube worth trying.
Sometimes it just so hard to know where to start when you feel your problems are taking over your life and you can't see hope on the horizon, so just try to change one very small thing and keep it up for 30 days so it becomes habit, it doesn't matter what, just something that's important for you, be it five minutes a day exercise, giving up cooking with oil, starting a new hobby anything, just something you know is in your power that you have maybe thought about but never done. Keep a note of the days, either with writing it down or collecting counters.
You have so much untapped potential within yourself your letting your emotions hold you back.
Be brave hun, don't wait for the world to come to you, he the first to help your friends and family, set a day and time were you can all go on zoom and have a virtual get together it's quite easy to set up and once done is something to look forward to.
Take care and hope you find lots of help, there will always be someone who will help when you know the direction you want to go xx
