Concerns

Over the last six weeks I have personally felt people on site are basically having problems with what is going on in society, I am one of those people however we can manage if we have ways to divert our thoughts and expectations.

I have been reading various e mails on the situation within the NHS and Society in general, we all need to let rip at this time. I like many on here are having problems and concerns in general when trying to live in a country that in ways is breaking down in Social and Medical Situations.

This place I feel is here for you to gain mental health support from like minded sufferers and in turn we have among us here a great resource to give support and understanding.

I am in general just a member here like everyone else and need support as well.

In the last few days I have started to partly understand the how things are progressing, and now prefer to lock myself away. until things sort out ?

What I am trying to say is this site is a Godsend and is a fantastic place to explain feelings and worries
