Hey I'm new here, trying to learn how to live a normal life and heal from my past trauma. If anyone has any tips I'm open and would be extremely grateful. Have a great weekend all.

Look forward n not back.We cant change the past but the future is a time we can change n start anew.Doesnt mean u forget..u use it as a stepping stone in life that ultimately makes u stronger and wiser.

Hi. I agree with the previous comment. The present is all we have. Make each moment count. The past is done with. The future has yet to come. Live each day with an intention, and bring your awareness back to the present. And don’t forget to breathe

Yes absolutely but it's a little deeper then that I'm not sure meaning I haven't spoken to a professional but their might be mental health issues too depression, anxiety, schizophrenia. This last episode made me wanna reach out for help atleast a support network. Because who wants to stay down.

Yes. Do see a professional to talk about your issues, since they are better equipped to point you towards the right treatment for you. As we can only offer support based on what we’ve been through.
