I don't know what its like your end, but it's blooming cold here, though sunny and calm, which is a relief after the storms of the weekend.
Anyway, how's your week started? Mine feels like it has been a bit of a challenge, until I think about those REALLY affected by the floods, not abroad but here in Britain. It got me thinking, what can I do to help?
Money isn't an option, its in very short supply, but I could make a lap quilt, something tangible to offer comfort. I think I need to do this. I'm feeling painfully guilty of having come through the two storms without harm.
Anyway, yesterday I had my CPN meeting and it went far better than previous sessions.I'm not sure how its going to help me to draft a recovery plan, but maybe that will come.

Glad to hear ur CPN meeting went well for ya..Ive read a lot about those on here.
Awww, I don't envy you the respiratory problems......I'm really lucky, and apart from my 'physical' constants, have the constitution of an ox! I very rarely catch anything. All three of my brood have dreadful problems and my grandchildren too. I think its maybe because I avoid people!
This flu is nasty isn't it. I was one of the very earliest 'swine' flu patients, I caught it at an hotel. I wasn't particularly ill, but will never forget a man in a white suit coming in the garden gate, fully masked up, he handed me a swab which I had to shove up my nose, a second around my mouth, the same for my daughter,I then had to place the swab in a tube which I wasn't allowed to touch. At the gate he bagged up his suit, which was then placed in another bag. A van came round and collected it! Talk about overkill! I was house quarantined with hubby and daughter for a fortnight. By the time I was allowed out, more and more people had caught it, but for most, it was like a nasty thick cold.
