I cannot believe how long its been since i was last on here....i think about it alot ive not forgot you all. My laptops screen has been broken since xmas so i dont come on it as much, i just use it to watch the office on when its hooked up to my tv, am i rambling? i think im rambling....

Anyway how are you all? hope my friends on here are good.

Not having a particularly good day myself really, same old boring stuff with me tho! lol

I'm alright thanks! Work and kids keeping me busy, but I try and make time to be depressed if I can! Lovely to see you back, i hope it'll be a bit more often now! There have been some new members who I'm sure you'll get on with. And most of the regs are still around here somewhere ...

Theres always time to be depressed...it seeps into gaps lol. Yes i think i shall, i just get fed up of my own boring problems so dont feel like i can write them on here anymore because other people must be fed up of them too!!

im sort of back at the gym but didnt go for quite a few months, struggling with motivation at the min!

i had to have a biopsy for cervical cancer yesterday and you cant do any exercise for 2 weeks so thats not helping!
