Not sure where to start. I have night terrors that leave me exhausted every morning. I am almost afraid to sleep. I also have major depression and panic attacks. My sweet doggie helps.

Introducing myself
Hi Crystal
Have you seen your doctor about this? And yes the doggie helps me I have a wee lhasa apso and he is great . I hope you feel better soon .
Hi Crystal999
I used to have the night terrors, they are horrible. I don't have them any longer. Just wanted to let you know that they do eventually go away xx
I have nightmares, but I started praying and my dreams improved. Visualize good things - god or angels helping you, guiding you and your dreams will get better.
Crystal, Welcome
Dogs are on great big help when we are not feeling very well, I have one called Pax , He is a Collie Cross, he is very independent However He can step up to the plate when He things something is wrong. Consider positive Distractions before sleep and do not have your supper to near bedtime, If not the tummy will be still digesting food as you try and sleep
Have you talked to your Doctor, regards Depression, Anxiety and Panic attacks ? There are ways they can help, try Mindfulness Relaxation Technique that may help you to sleep. You can purchase a book on the technique on Amazon for £7;00 STG
Have you discussed you problems with your GP ?
BOB
Thanks, Bob , will look into it
