Tai Chi or Qigong or Yoga for brain development

Anat Baniel had quite good results for exercise to be used to promote brain development in special needs kids - down syndrome, cerebral palsy and other brain damaged/injured children. Might be a bit late for my son but at least I can try. His brain may be stimulated. I suppose as you create movement you are creating new links in your brain between brain cells. I will try a few poses he can do. Will learn some poses, two or three and try out. Up and down of hope and faith.

All three could be effective maybe try one and see how you get on. It is really worth seeking out a teacher in your local area. Have you looked into walking meditation as well?
