I’m really struggling at the moment with how much I’ve eaten. It’s been 2 days since I have been sick and what I’ve eaten in the past two days has been how much I would eat in a week (maybe more).
I don’t want to keep hating myself if I go a day without purging but I can’t break the cycle and at the moment, I am feeling really, really bad

You should not need to purge yourself, have you a dietary problem
Get yourself checked by your GP. Everyone e,ats to much over the Christmas period, A diet awaits in the new year
