So I have created a twitter account “@greymegan1” for a place where I can share a 30 day mental health journey I am doing, but I will also try to post after those 30 days are up. The premise of the challenge is to increase mental health by doing one simple task per day.
I have attached the challenge above but on the twitter account is where I will be posting daily, sharing my journey with you lovely people.
I would greatly encourage as many of you to do this journey too (I am starting 1st January but of course you can start whenever).
