Hi everyone x recently I’ve had depression and my anxiety gone silly x I’ve know been on them for nearly two weeks x hopefully they l start kick in lol xx my partner has white patch on his toungue and docter wants take biopsy ov it to check it x feel like living someone else’s life at mo x weirdly feeling positive bout his diagnosis as know of something wrong they can sort it xx but hate my anxiety when silly thoughts come in my head grrrrrrrr x any tips to help with that??!!!

Your partner has a white mark on His tongue He needs that Biopsy do not worry it is a standard procedure, sometimes it can be caused by a vit deficiency

Thank y for ur reply dentist said probs nothing to worry bout x they said might b lukiplakia whoch is what u said x he has patch on his toungue she wants to check x me being so bloody anxiety ridden I think worst x but then think they can sort it if it’s bad x but u know wgat like ur mind goes silly x

Never be afraid of talking or asking questions, that is how we learn and can generally take away some of that Anxiety.

My Wife and I never shut up we are always asking questions and learning from the answers

That’s so true x my partner brilliant he always says so him or tell him how ever mad the Anser seems just ask x as that calms the mind x
