I'm struggling tremendously with staying afloat, my negative body image, the fact I do not have a house and car and also trauma from my previous relationship are really sinking me under. Everyday it's a constant battle to wake up with a smile. I'm determined to change this but I need help

Having the belief in yourself and courage to be yourself is important. Living your life in positive mental belief and trying to be successful is important. The attempt is what makes you successful! Material wealth we get sooner or later and is not really the real you.
In Buddhism it is let go of your attachment and desire - seek enlightenment. Let go of greed, selfish, ego, jealousy and seek true happiness.
You need to live for the present and your future look after itself.
Treat yourself well and set positive expectations for your future. In other words set out diversions that will take you mind off what was and set out your expectations for future activities.
For example like this morning we would have had oats for breakfast, we got out of bed and had a fried egg sandwich.. Reward yourself forget the negative, move on

I know how you feel. I had a house car trips I could shop in stores not thrift stores and do fun stuff sometimes. But we’re here now. We have to work with what we have and build. I don’t know many people that are alone struggling that look that good lol myself included! In the end would you not love your best friend if they were lovely or ugly? You would without hesitation. So we must see ourselves as our best friend with empathy. And start with little changes we adhere too like a habit. I’ve been here so many times I’m so tired of it. But what’s the alternative so ... we start
