Hello wannabe me

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you feel like this, I guess you had a difficult night.

I had to remove an offensive word from your message Please check our guidelines and pinned post.

Can you tell us more about your situation and how you came to feel like this? Are you and your boyfriend still in different countries ?

Maybe you could talk about this with someone in your family or a friend.

Have you talked with your doctor?

You may want to look at MIND

Www.mind.org helpline 0300 123 3393

Please let us know how you are getting on

Best wishes
