People have recommend vitamins for me. Magnesium is a big one I see recommended a lot for sleep. I suffer from insomnia and trying really hard to fix it. Can seem very overwheming. Im not a mother but have to get up at 5:30 am to nanny for 3 boys 5 days a week. Lacking sleep is not an option yet somehow we always survive. Best wishes and congrats on your LO! stay positive. <3
