When I get sad all I can think of is using drugs, having sex, drinking or self harming to stop me from feeling like this. I’ve never acted on them (apart from self harming and the occasional fag or drink) but it’s getting harder and harder to not do and my therapy sessions are coming to an end so I’m reluctant to bring this up but before it was something I could shove in the back of head but it’s getting harder and harder to do

*hugs* try to find your happy place. Nuzzle on the couch and watch your favorite show or movie, go outside and feel the air, etc. You'll feel much better
You need to work out - why you are more vulnerable to these feelings and work on that.
Hello IBS problems, I am sorry you feel like this, please try to express how you feel to your therapist, maybe they will extend your sessions as you have now been able to verbalize your deep seated problem. This is progress, so please bring it up at your next session.
