Hiya Krasykat,

It might help if you could expand a little more, as it is difficult to advise really.

Best wishes,

Hello Krasykat

You fail to give a reason or the circumstances of proposed breakup. What is problem ?

BOB

If you had a break-up, work through the grief process. Work on yourself...things like working out, spending more time on yourself doing things you want to do, spending more time with friends...all good things. Don't look back, look forward. Don't just jump right back out on the rebound. Pretty generic advice, but it seems standard. When ready, enter back into the sea of fish. Be kind to yourself while you're dealing with all the emotions and feelings you have. Without much information like if was a bad break-up, abusive, or whatever...it's hard to provide more detailed advice. No matter what, it is important to know that you can bounce back from this and perhaps with a much better outlook.
