Hello Everyone !

How are you feeling today? I have taken the liberty to share a link to YouTube, below. This video is created by a young individual named Nathaniel Drew. The title to the link is called “How I Rediscovered Books (In The Digital Age). If you have or had a love love for reading or expanding your vocabulary...you should check out this video ! Nevertheless, if you’re looking for a new hobby or a new mental escape check out this video. This video simply supported why I loved to read. Let me know what you think if you happen to check out the link !?

I never listen to a book, I look and feel the weight of a book, I look through the Authors eyes. My library shows the title of the book and that in my eyes brings back memories and past experiences, like holidays, the research of what we have seen. To learn more of a subject.

My photo books again suggest the writers view of a place, and brings back memories of what and where I have been since my early holidays and experiences. A picture is worth a thousand words. That is how I relate to my extensive library.

Some people look at a library as a clutter, possibly yes, it is in my case a index of memories and past expectations. Books in fact are not dusty remnants of past times they are, in our case a reference to our lives, that have been positive periods of travel and wonder

Wonderful link, thank you for posting. I am a book lover and I remember wanting to learn to read when I was about four. I was thrilled to learn of different ways of living, thinking, and being. The choices we have in our own part of the world are amazing because we can go anywhere via books. We can time travel. It is limitless. I know Winston Churchill because of his books. As long as I have access to books I am a happy woman. Pam

Every night I look at my books, it depends on time although whatever happens I look along the shelves to see where I wish to go before bed.

Are you still buying books, I have purchased another half dozen, that I took delivery early this week. I have just completed a forty odd set of books, that have postcard size pictures of Scotland three or four thousand pictures. It is a wonderful set it has taken quite a long time to get the complete works, although I keep an eye on the company publisher to see if they add to the set.

I am buying sets of books at the moment, we are running out of space at the moment. I took delivery of a book containing old photographs of the UK 1860s- 1920 the book has over five hundred pages and weighs a ton. I have a table I rest them on made of metal that can be adjusted to various positions, it sits over my legs on my seat, the book makes it creek in a most alarming fashion..

By tomorrow I will have forgotten what I looked at the night before, so now I leave the book (s) out until after breakfast next day so it gives my brain a shuggy to remember
