HI Iam feeling depressed because my gran is dying she has brought me up since i was a baby as i was orphaned i was going be adopted it wasn't possible for my grandparents to go ahead with the adoption. and i was also bullied when i was older i suffer with depression and anxiety and social problems i do have some friends i can;t work i get tried easily i have been in touch with a doctor i am on anti depressants the doctor did refer to the mental health team but they turned me away not serious enough i lost my brother because they refused to help him he commited suicide in 2016 he was 38 years old.

now i am losing my gran as well i will be devastated and happy that she isn't lingering anymore.

Do you find strength in the church or religious belief? Do you have friends or someone can rely on for advice? I have family but friends have all gone abroad, after they got married.
