I don’t feel angry or sad when I think about it but when I talk about it I cry even tho I feel like I don’t have any emotion towards it. I know it’s weird has anyone else had this?

I would want revenge but since I have a very positive outlook perhaps not. You cry means you have deep emotions inside which comes out .
You need to get beyond this stage and move on with your life, though.

It’s defo not positive it more of a numb feeling maybe because it happened so long ago I’m kinda use to it
