I have become mentally so weak now that I don't know what's right. What's not. It's like I am completely numb now. How do you deal with this state

Actually in that sense I am pretty active. I have a lot to study so I do that , eat well, try to complete 10000 steps a day but no matter how much I avoid this feeling, it always comes back and I am left with feeling dissapointment in me.

It can be very difficult, all I can suggest, if you know you are feeling numb, try and understand why you are feeling the way you do

If not already you need to talk to your GP, make a list of your problem and in what causes this shift. Sometimes certain medications can build up a loss of a certain drug in the brain.

Are you been bullied or are you stressed at work etc. Sometimes if we loose someone you may feel numbed at a loss. Make an appointment, it may be an appointment over the telephone, Before the appointment make a list of your feelings. try and explain what you feel caused this ?

I know but I don't know how to start it again...actually I am a student and my therapist is an appointed clinical psychologist for the college students. Now I am in touch with her through mails and she told me that we can have audio session but I dont know why just thinking about this is making me take a step back.

Your therapist and review the bits that she thinks is important and is only done to help you

But isn't it weird to start therapy after almost 3 months? From where to start? What to say?

You need to define what has made you so weak and focus on fighting this. When you've won, you'll see your numbness has gone away as well :)
