I've read studies that say tylenol may help the chest pain of anxiety/panic...i just took some and believe it did help. Anyone else have any insight on this topic?

I think if it works you should try it but I definitely recommend seeing a doctor to make sure there’s no side effects to that and they might want to give you something else for that specifically

Hi Delmaria111,

Tylenol (Paracetamol in UK) is a good painkiller for mild to moderate pain. However, may I ask if you have had your chest pain checked out by a doctor to ensure it is not cardiac related? I appreciate panic attacks can mimic heart attacks, but if you have not had this ruled out with an ECG, blood tests etc., then I encourage you to do so, as taking pain relief will only mask the pain and not deal with any underlying causes.

Best wishes,
