Medication over 25years

I was diagnosed me with PTSD as well as depression Changing had so many different types of medication and don't feel I'm getting anywhere.

Currently on mirtazapine, pregabalin and lamotrigine too.

So exhausted and tired of trying

My psychiatrist now says there are not many other meds I can try.

Trying to hold a job down and now signed off work again.

Where do i go next...

Hello Storma. So sorry to hear you are struggling and feel that you are not getting anywhere.

Have you had counselling or any kind of talking therapy over the years?
