What advices or or motivational messages would you give to the youth (15-24 years olds) when they're feeling lost, relating to depression, loneliness and anxiety?

Hi Unknown, I would suggest the young person firstly sees his/her GP for assessment, advice and support. They could then be referred to the Mental Health Services. A couple of useful websites are--
