Been on 210mg of Lofepramine now for over a week after being on 140mg for 4 weeks it still doesn't seem to be doing anything still struggling with depression and anxiety any ideas

I suggest that you go back to your doctor and discuss this with him/her, as they are best place to advise and make any necessary recommendations or adjustments.

You have been given a standard increase in your medication after four weeks on the lower dose. Allow a further four weeks to let your body become used to the drugs.
If you feel unsettled with the increase see your GP, however whatever medications we take it does take time for sufferers to become used to the working dose recommended.
We are entering a three week period over Christmas and New Year. Appointments are going to be as rare as Hens Teeth. So give yourself time to get used to the revised dose
