Hi and welcome, I have agoraphobia too. Am on medication now. And going to make appointment to see a therapist soon. What have u tried ?

It is always nice, in my eyes to see who I am addressing.
As MAS has explained there are various organisations that can help.
If you are concerned regards going outside you will need encouragement to address your situation. Generally going out in a group of people may help in the long run. I find having a dog can push you to go out, taking it for walks or joining other groups or societies may help if you have to attend various activities. That and a course of CBT May help you address any problems you have.
You need too talk to your GP if not already and explain you need help to fulfill your life expectations. Do you have any idea why you developed this problem ?
