Wot can I do wen the mental health team won’t help me despite my problems an then my doctor takes me off my meds’ cos they got no surport from them ? Thanks for reading x

Why did they stop your meds and stop supporting you?

Mental health team just keep saying that they can’t surport me even tho they were ones to d diagnose me with emotional split personality disorder an bipolar then my doctor didn’t know the medication I was on witch been on for years an cos mental health just keeps putting me bk to doctors she took me of both my antidepressants an antipsychotics she changed my depressants from Citapram to sertralin but not psychotics was qutiapram 100 an 150

Have you tried asking your doctor to contact the psychiatrist by phone and make sure that they put you back on the quietiapine? They should have a record of what you were on and the doctor should be able to get hold of this quite quickly via a fax or a telephone call . I would go back to doctors and say you need them to check. I am on quietiapine 200 mg myself. No matter really about changing from citalopram to setraline. Sertraline is actually a better med for your (our) condition. So hopefully that will help. But you need to be on the quietiapine as well as it's very good for these conditions.

Let us know how you get on. Don't give up and if your doctor does not help ask to see a different one or contact the secretary at the medical practice and tell them of your difficulty.
