Hi Lu,

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. It is always a mixed blessing when loved ones who have been suffering leave us. We want them to be out of pain and distress, but we want them to remain with us for the love and joy they brought to our lives. Be gentle with yourself. Take each day at a time and don't expect too much from yourself. Cherish the memories of the good times you both had together. It's okay to let your tears flow for in them is healing, in them is the depth of love you will always have for your mum.

Sending much love and hugs,

MAS Nurse
