Hello everyone need help
Hello Oshoindia,
Welcome to our supportive community. Well done for taking a brave step out of your comfort zone to reach out for help. Hopefully, you will find folks here are only too willing to come alongside you and share from their personal journeys and experiences.
You are obviously having a difficult time right now and I would suggest that you have a chat with your doctor or mental health practitioner about how you are feeling. Coping with the suicide of a loved one is very difficult and the impact is often far reaching. Take a look at this UK website:
Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide:
Also, check out the Mental Health Centre in Tenerife: selfcentertenerife.com/
Do check out our Pinned Post section for free mental health guides, international crisis support helplines. If you were living in the UK, there are other crisis support lines available and free mental health services. I am sorry but I am not sure of the Spanish health services, but hopefully, someone on here may be able to help you.

Keep in touch! Ok folks what can you suggest to help this new member?
Best wishes,
MAS Nurse
PS I noticed that you had posted your same post three times, so I deleted the extras, so as not to confuse anyone trying to respond to you.
When young a Suicide can have many long lasting effects into adulthood if not addressed at that time, however in some was that should have now calmed down. However we are all different and we need to come to terms with these negative thoughts.
You mention loosing your ex, we do not know if you were married or if it was a Life Partnership that failed, did you have children ?
Consider you need to talk out above problems so you can eventually move on. Sleep problems can be caused b mood and it seems you GP is trying to assist in restoring your condition.
You could ask your GP or arrange a Course of CBT to talk out your concerns, I do not understand how your health system works in a Spanish State so your GP (Doctor), will be able to advise.
Sometimes if your concerns are Domestic, or Private you may find talking to your family members about your Mam, and Partner may be one way forward as I understand Spanish Families are very much more understanding than in the UK. So that may also help you
