Contemplation
Whoever is trying to bring you down, is already below you. What you think, you will become. What you feel, you attract, and what you imagine, you will create. If you want to achieve goodness, stop asking for permission.
The world exists as you perceive it. It is not what you see, but how you see it. It is not what you hear. But how you hear it. It is not what you feel. But how you feel it.
Wake up every morning, say “this is going to be the best day of my life,” and it will be. The moment you realize you are responsible for every aspect of your life is when you are completely free. You don’t have to be in a relationship to be happy. You just have to understand yourself. To love yourself and simply be yourself. Life is in a constant flux. Savour the moments we enjoy and know that those we don’t will pass. The self is always changing, what matters is how we create the self we wish to be every moment. We only have so much time. It’s okay, and crucial, to cut off things that are unnecessary.
Every thought, every action creates vibration through this infinite field of consciousness. Be mindful of your thoughts and emotions for their effects are far more potent than you realize. Always work with the present moment, not against it. Make it your friend and ally, not your enemy. This will miraculously transform your whole life.
Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else. The relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have. Be kind because you will never know how much the person beside you is suffering.
Absorb what is useful, throw away what is useless, and add what is specifically your own. Happiness starts with you, not with your relationships, not with your job, not with your money, but with you. There is always hope.
