Please try to seek what ever help you can . writing on here you will find support from others - some who have been where you are.

I probably would not be able to cope so well if it wasn't for the Sertraline which I take each morning.. It has really been my life line . It is the best medication I've taken for depression and anxiety .

Check your medication(s) and maybe you need a change ?

If you don't take any then please seek professional help and support from a GP and if you need further help there are other services out there that you can be referred to.

It is hard work to keep pushing through each day when you just do not feel you have the strength or energy. Please try and get yourself into a small routine - how ever that can suit you . Please try and take steps to see the sky and breathe from being outside.

Try and think of some where that may help you to feel safe both inside of you and outside of you ... Each step you take will be worth it - trust me I know how difficult and debilitating it is to be down low and feel there is no reason to be here any more.

Laying in bed is one of the worst - it will not serve any helpful purpose to you unless you are suffering exhaustion and are sleeping to allow the body to heal .

There is no time like the present to make changes - it is NEVER TOO LATE - but you need to give yourself the chance to want to change and improve your life.

We are all beautiful and have qualities that we can share .

Happy to talk xx

Thank you xx

My feelings of depression come from dealing with my daughter who has OCD. (Contamination, hoarding, counting, relationship) social and separation anxiety. It all gets a little too much sometimes and I break down and feel miserable for a bit. XX
