Being out of control can take so many forms and before you know it you can end up demonizing yourself as being sub human riddled with guilt and sometimes worse still by hurting the ones you love either mentally or even physically. Self hate of course is never going to help , but wanting to change is where to start, then you can go on the path of recovery.Like most things it's a good idea to speak to health doctor who can tell you what resources are close to you. To change any behaviour you need a plan, just wanting to be different will never change anything. Keeping a journal can sometimes help by recognising triggers that your not always aware of , then small changes can sometimes have big impacts on your life.
