I suffer from severe depression and last while back I have been having bad sucide thoughts and hearing voices and feel like everyone talking about me the last week I been cutting my self again

Are you seeing any health professionals? I really think you should be. I am seeing a few, and having them in my support network has been helping. Not a ton, but it’s something.
