Im wondering if anyone has any insight into this strange thing that has started happening to me within the last year. Ive read a lot of posts but no one seems to know what it is and Im scared my brain is malfuctioning. Its happened four times where I fall into sleep paralysis after falling asleep and there is an electrical charge the size of a golf ball that buzzes on the top of my brain and moves around to different locations, from like my eye brow, top of head and back of skull. Its really scary because i cant move to wake up and make the buzzing go away. The first time it happened it almost felt like it was behind my right eye and what i was seeing in the dream was like being sucked into a lightning tube. Its so freaking weird and strange , I know it must sound crazy but I am of sound mind. I do have moderate anxiety and depression. But now im getting insomnia because im scared to fall asleep.

Sleep paralysis question
Hi this is sleep paralysis and though frightening doesn't mean that your brain is malfunctioning. It can take various forms like this and is as a result of your brain being awake before your body is.
So stop worrying and start sleeping. x
